I had just relocated to the Houston area and no knowledge of the local communities and no idea of where to start looking for a home. Cindy and I discussed where I work at and where my wife possibly would be working at and we narrowed down the home search area to a few local areas and that made the home search process much easier. My availability to look at homes was very limited with working 6 days a week and Cindy always made time to meet with me in the evening’s to show me homes and that was a tremendous help. Cindy gave great advice when it came time to submit an offer and gave me a timeline for all the paperwork to be completed in order for my home purchase to close on time. When a slight problem arose during closing she stepped up immediately to work with the Mortgage Company, Title Company and sellers realtor to get a resolution that worked for all parties. Beside’s a great realtor, I found Cindy to be a truly honest and great person to be around. I felt like we had been friends for years which made the communication between us very easy.
